Navy PRT calculator

Enter your push-ups, plank time and one cardio event. You get points and a category for each, plus your overall category.

How the Navy PRT is scored

The PRT has three parts: push-ups, a forearm plank and one cardio event. Each part is scored from the table for your age group and sex, and earns a category from Probationary up to Outstanding High.

To pass you need at least Probationary (45 points) in every part. Your overall category comes from the average of the three scores.

A result that falls between two lines on the table earns the lower line. The guide has a separate table for tests taken at 5,000 feet or higher.
